The scope of the Districtwide CDC Water Drainage Re-Route, Increment 1 Project is to address site drainage issues in and around Cuyamaca College Building R (Child Development Center), where poor drainage and ponding conditions require correction to mitigate potential future damage. This increment also includes targeted civil drainage improvements within accessible and constructible areas near Parking Lot 5 and Building A. The intent of this increment is to allow timely implementation while reducing ongoing maintenance and safety concerns.
