This project will be awarded utilizing the Lease-Lease Back delivery method. Mark Wilson Construction, Inc. will be the Lease-Lease Back Contractor. Contractors will be required to comply with skilled and trained workforce requirements per Public Contract Code 2600-2603.

The contractor may require performance bonds.  Please provide a separate price for the bond premium.  Bond premium cost will be paid by Mark Wilson Construction, Inc.  Subcontract and Purchase Order forms may be viewed at the office of Mark Wilson Construction, Inc. during regular business hours.By submitting a bid, the subcontractor/supplier represents that they have reviewed the appropriate form and consents to its use without modification, and agrees to execute same if awarded by Mark Wilson Construction, Inc.

All contractors must possess a valid California Contractors License for the scope of work performed and provide proof of General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Auto Insurance and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).  For more project information, see plans and specifications.

No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.  This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, pursuant to Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Section 16450 et seq.  Contractor and Subcontractors will be required to furnish electronic certified payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner/eCPR system.  Contractor and all Subcontractors shall comply with the requirements set forth in Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1 of the Labor Code.
