SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of the Districtwide CDC Water Drainage Re-Route, Increment 1 Project is to address site drainage issues in and around Cuyamaca College Building R (Child Development Center), where poor drainage and ponding conditions require correction to mitigate potential future damage. This increment also includes targeted civil drainage improvements within accessible and constructible areas near Parking Lot 5 and Building A. The intent of this increment is to allow timely implementation while reducing ongoing maintenance and safety concerns.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
