Seeking engineering consulting services to develop a comprehensive Power Generation System (PGS) Master Plan for EBMUD. Scope includes asset assessments, alternatives analysis, future regulatory planning, lifecycle cost evaluation, and a capital improvement roadmap for aging power generation infrastructure. Optional services include flare system testing, generator condition assessments, capacity studies, and system optimization analyses.
