The Scope of Work is the construction of an educational facility known as “Building L” on an
approximately six-acre District-owned site located at 1850 South Fowler Avenue, in Fresno,
Fresno County, California. The Project will include approximately 24,818 square feet of buildings,
including 5,300 square feet of exterior covered area.
