PROJECT DETAILS:
The Work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment, incidentals and services for the construction and completion of the “Secondary Treatment and Dewatering Project, Project No.UY-21-07". The Work includes but is not limited to: site work, new building construction, installation of major process equipment, yard piping within the Water Pollution Control Plant boundaries, existing facility modification/demolition, electrical/instrumentation/control system improvements, and related systems and facilities.
This project will be funded by the State Water Resources Control Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) program and is subject to the requirements of the SRF program. In addition Bidder must comply with requirement of WATER INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE AND INNOVATION ACT CONDITIONS .Therefore the contractors and all subcontractors shall comply with the conditions and requirements of the above acts.
