PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Replacement of modular unit classrooms at Valhalla. Modular replacement includes site work improvements and infrastructure improvements for the Rs and Ss modular classroom replacement. El Cajon Valley work includes site work improvements to accommodate new modular classroom buildings, in addition to new shade structures.
Trades involved include but not limited to: demolition, structural moving, pipe and tube railings, concrete, rebar, cast in place concrete, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, FRP, joint sealants, door hardware, glazing, floor prep, sheet carpeting, exterior painting, high performance coating, visual display units, signage, toilet accessories, window shades, pre-engineered fabric shade structure, electrical, voice and data, communications, integrated audio visual system, security system, fire alarm, earthwork, asphalt, chain link fencing and gates, planting & irrigation, utilities.
