This project is to install a new roof-mounted Heating & Cooling Systems on eight (8) Facility 'A' Housing Units at the California Institution for Men (CIM), California Department  of Correction & Rehabilitation. The Scope of works includes but not limited to demolition of the (E) roof-mounted equipment,  installation of the New  HVAC Units and associated electrical & plumbing works & temporary fencing @ Mariposa Housing Unit includes infrastructure connection.

1. This Project is subject to Prevailing Wages, Section 1770, 1771 & 1774 California Labor Code, et seq.of Statutory Requirements in General Conditions, Non Discrimination, Payroll Record, Apprentices, Work Day and Labor Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement by Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). 2. CDCR is committed to supporting Small / Micro Business (SB/SM) whenever possible and a mandatory Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise ( DVBE) Participation no less than three percent (3%) of the total Bid amount. 3. Any individual person, employed directly or indirectly by the contractor to perform work or provide services will be required to comply with all security procedures on State Prison Property, as described on Section 01 33 53 of the Bid Document. 4.
