Duration: Time for Completion to be furnished by County in Addendum #1.
Liquidated Damages: $1,800.00
Estimated Value: $37,943,000.00

Scope Of Work-
Major components of the project scope include, but are not limited to:
Tenant improvement of a 3-story, 75,071 SF tilt-up concrete building fully sprinkled with components including, but not limited to extensive demolition, concrete, masonry, metal framing, structural steel & metal fabrications, spray-on fireproofing, casework, roofing, doors & windows, elaborate acoustic ceiling work, flooring, painting, operable partitions, MEP trades, and associated building work. In addition to the building, site work includes, but is not limited to, new generators, site concrete, and site paving.

1) Fire Alarm System
2) Fire Sprinkler System
3) Vehicular Gates, Motors, and System Function Features
4) Emergency Generators and Backup Fuel Systems
5) Exterior building Signage and Monument Sign
All deferred approvals required engineer’s stamp and calculations.
ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE License number, DIR registration number, to be considered. Include a contact name and DIRECT phone number on bid.

P.H. Hagopian requires all subcontractors to be prepared to furnish 100% performance and payment bonds by an admitted surety in the amount of their bid. Premium cost to be listed as a separate bid line item. P.H. Hagopian, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive the requirement for such bond.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Under new California Law, all Subcontractors and any Sub-Tier Contractors, must be DIR registered contractors at the time of Bid and at all times during the performance of the work. P.H. Hagopian is only soliciting sub-trade bids from those Contractors and Sub-Tier Trade contractors who are DIR registered Contractors.
P.H. Hagopian Contractor, Inc, intends to seriously negotiate with all subcontractors and requires all to execute the P.H. Hagopian Master subcontract. A copy of the master subcontract is available for review at our main office and Website.
