Description: Lease-Lease-Back Construction Project for Sacramento City Unified School District. Project has a Project Labor Agreement and requires skilled and trained reporting and certified payroll.
 

Project is primarily focused on HVAC upgrades for an existing gymnasium building each at 2 different school sites.
 

Rosa Parks Middle School

Scope to Include but not limited to:

• HVAC equipment removal and associated demo
• Demo existing roof structure support and curbs associated with HVAC equipment upgrades and install new steel support systems
• Demo existing gas lines and reinstall new gas line for new equipment
• Install new condensates for new equipment
• Demo existing electrical connections and reinstall to new equipment
• Remove and replace fire alarm devices throughout building
• Remove and patchback in kind existing finishes required to facilitate HVAC equipment work
• Remove existing roofing and associated sheet metal down to bare structure and replace with new single ply roofing and new flashings

Leonardo Davinci Middle School

• Demo existing roof structure support and curbs associated with HVAC equipment upgrades and install new steel support systems
• Demo existing gas lines and reinstall new gas line for new equipment

• Remove and replace fire alarm devices throughout building
• Remove and patchback in kind existing finishes required to facilitate HVAC equipment work
• Remove and patchback roofing in kind around modified openings for new equipment

• Remaining bid packages

Job Walks will be scheduled at each school site for sub viewing, research and investigation associated with this proposal as follows:

July 26 - 12pm @ Rosa Parks and 2 pm at Leonardo Davinci

July 29 - 12pm @ Rosa Parks and 2 pm at Leonardo Davinci

August 5 - 12pm @ Rosa Parks and 2 pm at Leonardo Davinci
