THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PROJECT INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

1.         REMOVAL AND REPLACING OF FENCING AND ASSOCIATED CONCRETE WORK.

2.         INSTALLATION OF (6) NEW TREES.

3.         INSTALLATION OF DG PATH WITH CONCRETE MOW STRIPS.

4.         NEW SOD IN AREA OF WORK.

5.         REPLACEMENT OF SPRINKLERS IN AREA OF WORK AND CONNECTING THEM TO THE EXISTING CONTROLLER.

6.         MISCELLANEOUS CONCRETE AND ASPHALT REPAIR AROUND PERIMETER OF LAWN AREA.

Anticipated start date for this project will be 09/01/2022 with all work completing by 10/31/2022.

DIR Registration requirements for all Public Works projects (SB854). The requirement to only use registered contractors and subcontractors on public works projects applies to all projects awarded on or after April 1, 2015.

a.         All sub-tier subcontractors must be DIR registered contractors at all times during performance of the Work; and

b.         Prospective subcontractors may only solicit sub-bids from and contract with lower-tier subcontractors who are DIR  registered contractors.

All work performed on this project which falls under the recognized jurisdiction of the Carpenter’s Master Agreement for Northern California shall be performed by Union Carpenters.
