PROJECT DETAILS:

The Work to be performed under this contract includes but is not limited to:

Intermediate Lift Station (ILS): Modification and upgrade of ILS, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control systems.
Aeration Tanks: Modification and upgrade of Aeration Tanks 1-4, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control systems. Modification and upgrade of Aeration Tank Effluent Structure, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control systems.
Aeration Blowers: Upgrade and modification of aeration blower systems, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control systems.
RAS Pumping Station 1: Addition of RAS Pumping Station 1, including structural, mechanical, electrical,
and instrumentation and control systems. Addition of RAS distribution station and sodium hypchlorite system.
RAS Pumping Station 2: Modification and upgrade of RAS Pumping Station 2, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control systems.
WAS Pumping System: Upgrade and modification of WAS Pumping System, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control systems.
Mixing Air Compressor System: Addition of Mixing Air Compressor System, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control systems.
Electrical Systems: Upgrades to power distribution systems, including addition of Load Center 11, replacement of an existing standby generator, motor control centers, power distribution panels and equipment, lighting, and all related ancillary components and systems.
Instrumentation and control systems: Provision of instrumentation and control systems, including but not limited to control system network upgrades and control panels.
Site work including: Yard piping, electrical, and control systems. Elevated pipe racks. Paving and grading. Other site improvements
Demolition of existing facilities
Decommissioning of existing fixed film reactors
Sequencing of the work and provision of temporary support facilities and systems as required to complete the Work, including but not limited to temporary standby power systems, temporary bypass pumping systems, temporary flow control systems such as bulkheads and barriers, temporary aeration blower systems, and all similar items necessary to complete the work.

This project will be funded by the State Water Resources Control Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) program and is subject to the requirements of the SRF program. In addition Bidder must comply with requirement of WATER INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE AND INNOVATION ACT CONDITIONS .Therefore the contractors and all subcontractors shall comply with the conditions and requirements of the above acts.
