Description:   The Project includes the remodel of 2098 SF to create an outpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit in an existing clinic building at the Miller Wellness Center. Includes all aspects of a fully functional tenant improvement including but not limited to interior partitions, MEP, doors & windows, fire alarm modifications, fire sprinkler modifications, casework and security alterations. We are seeking all trades ,including but not limited to: Selective Demolition, Moisture Remediation in Concrete Slabs, Non-Structural Patching of Concrete Slabs, Concrete Forming, Concrete Reinforcing, Anchors and Dowels in Resin, Expansion Anchors, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Concrete Curing, Concrete Sealer-Densifier, Structural Steel, Metal Fabrications, Plastic Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Plastic-Laminate-Faced Architectural Cabinets, Acoustical Insulation, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim, Penetration Firestopping, Joint Sealants, Aluminum Frames, Interior Flush Doors, Security Access Doors and Frames, Aluminum-Framed Storefronts, Security Windows, Door Hardware, Glazing, Plastic Glazing, Gypsum Board, Ceramic Tiling, Resilient Base and Accessories, Resilient Sheet Flooring, Mullion Gap Closure (Mullion Mate), Ext. and Int. Painting, Markerboard , Detention Toilet Accessories, Fire Protection Cabinets, Fire Extinguishers, Protective Padding System, Solid Surfacing Countertops, Fire Sprinkler (Deferred Submittals), Plumbing, HVAC / Mechanical, Testing and Balancing, Building Automation and Control System, Electrical, Lighting and Lighting Controls, Fire Alarm (Deferred Submittals), and other related trades.  Also, this is a PLA job.
