Scope letters are not required but, if possible, please email or fax us your scope letters before the day of the bid. That will give us time to see what scope you are bidding and give us time to clarify any questions that may arise. All project documentation can be found on the builder’s exchanges, and we encourage you to track projects there in case new addenda are released or bid dates and times change, but in the links below we have included the documents that have been released thus far.
