Description:   The Project consists of: 1). All labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the completion of the entire scope of work as outlined in the contract documents. Includes all associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and/or electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications; 2). Modular building will be provided and set under a sperate contract. Contractor is required to coordinate installation of new building with modular company. Contractor is required to coordinate delivery and installation of modular building. Contractor must be present to provide access and assistance to modular company during delivery and installation; 3). General Contractor scope of work includes all work necessary to prepare for the delivery the modular building. This includes relocation of existing underground utilities, installation of new underground utilities, completion of building pad, and backfill after foundations; 4). Scope of work also includes all sitework, including all new hardscaping, landscaping, exterior canopy structure, etc., as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications; 5). Scope of work also includes all work associated with the building as noted in the Drawings and Specifications. This is includes, but is not limited to; fire alarm, low voltage, exterior door hardware, signage, etc; 6). Contractor shall include safe-off of all utilities, including but not limited to all electrical, fire alarm, data, security, and plumbing; 7). This project will require “Phasing” and barricading of work areas as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Early Learning Department will have access to the Play Yard during construction as noted in the Drawings; 8). The scope of this project is further defined in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will provide all security fencing, safety barriers, portable toilets, and debris bins per the Contract Specifications. Multiple relocations of site fencing/ safety barriers may be required for the completion of this project. All campus pedestrian access shall be maintained, and existing buildings shall remain functional during the duration of the project.

We are seeking all trades ,including but not limited to: Site Demolition, Sealants and Caulking, Performed Roof Panels, Flashing and Sheet Metals, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Signs, Lockers, Electrical, Data Communications, Fire Alarm System, Earthwork, Trenching and Backfilling, Site Concrete, Chain Link Fencing, Irrigation and Landscaping, and other related trades.
