PROJECT DETAILS:

This project includes construction of a new single story 9,956 SF Type -llB, steel moment framed structure. On the Desert Learning Academy campus. The structure is designed to accommodate general instruction, a lab, an e-sports instruction space, teachers professional development area, and a small assembly space. The project is fully sprinklered with thin Brick, Stucco Exterior, Phenolic Wall Panels, PVC Roof, site gates/fencing, landscape improvements, fire lane, shade trellis, and associated site utilities. Also included is small interior modernization of adjacent Buildings 300 & 400 to add restrooms and a small suite of offices.

A First Tier Sub- Contractor that intends to bid Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or Structural Steel components of this project through a Prime Contractor must submit a Prequalification Application by 9/16/22. For purposes of this prequalification Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or Structural Steel contractors holding the following license classifications C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46 or C-51 license. Bids will NOT be accepted if sub-contractor has not been prequalified by the district. Contractors will be notified by email their prequalification rating after submission of their prequalification documents, but not less than 5 days prior to the bid opening date.
