HDR Inc. is looking to partner with local small businesses, small businesses, minority businesses, women businesses, disadvantaged businesses, disabled veteran businesses, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning-owned businesses in pursuit of the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works Architectural/Engineering and Support Services for Puente Hills Regional Park (RFP No. BRC0000382). LA County’s  Due Date for this Proposal is October 18, 2022.

 HDR is seeking certified and qualified SBE, DBE, DVBE, LGBTBE, Los Angeles County LSBE, MBE, WBE subcontractors and/or suppliers registered with LA County on the CBE list at Community Business Enterprise – Consumer & Business (lacounty.gov) to provide A/E services for the following: 1)  Alta/Topographic Survey Services, 2) Cost Estimating, 3)Kitchen/Food Service, 4) Structural Engineering 5)Mechanical (HVAC) and Plumbing Engineering, 6) Electrical, 7)Specialty Lighting, 8)Life-Safety/Fire Alarm Systems, 9) Telecommunications/Data/Low Voltage Systems, 10) Security Consultant Services, 11) Waterproofing Consultant, 12)ADA /CASP Compliance, 13) Graphics & Signage, 14) Renderings & Models.

Minimum requirements for the services 1 through 13 include: A. Experience on public sector projects with a value of $10mil or greater; B. Experience on projects that have achieved LEED and/or Envision Gold or better and/or NZE Certification; C. Experience with CMAR delivery strongly preferred; D. three or more client references from A/E Primes from relevant projects.
