is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Erickson-Hall Construction is HARD BIDDING the Desert Learning Academy - Building 500 Rebuild Increment 2 This project involves reconstruction of Building 500 on the Desert Learning Academy campus to construct a single story, Type-IIB, steel monument framed structure in the same location of the previous structure. The structure is designed to accommodate general instruction, a lab, an e-sports instruction space, teachers professional development area, and a small assembly space. The project consists of construction of the new structure, site improvements to the exterior courtyard, site drop-off improvements to address ADA concerns, site gates/fencing, landscape improvements, fire lane adjustments, and associated site utilities. Also included is a small interior modernization of an adjacent structure to add restrooms and a small suite of offices. The district requires that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), or structural steel subcontractors (contractors that hold C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46, or C-51 licenses) be prequalified.
