The work to be completed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of: The work generally consists of a design build project that includes preparation of related construction drawings for five separate alleyways by a licensed civil engineer; full depth removal of existing asphalt pavement and concrete, grading, construction of new PCC ribbon gutter; adjustment of sewer manholes; construction of new pedestrian ramps, asphalt paving and traffic stenciling and striping as required by approved construction plans, Standard Specifications, and the Special Provisions.
