PROJECT DETAILS:
SPECIFIC PROJECT REQUIREMENT & INFORMATION :
1. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1771.7, this project will be subject to the Owner approved Labor Compliance Program and Contractor and Sub-Contractors of any tier shall pay all work performed not less than Prevailing Wages Rates and subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement and shall register with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) of the State of California, pursuant to Labor Code Section 1771.4. 2. Bidder is subject to the Project Stabilization Agreement ( PSA ) as set forth in Section 00 4500 & Section 00 73 49 of the Bid Document. 3. Bidder is required to participate in an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) as described in Section 00 73 16 and Article 5. Insurance & Bonds of the General Condition. 4. Any Bid listing MEP Sub-Contractors holding A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46 licenses, must be prequalified by the owner no later than October 26, 2022 and are placed on the Owner's List of Prequalified MEP Subcontractors on November 04, 2022 5. The District requires bidders to utilize only one Bid Preference provision for twenty-five (25%) for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and five percent (5%) Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE) , and shall become LAUSD Certified prior to award as set forth in the Bid Document Section 00 73 39. 6.
