The scope includes removal and replacement of existing HVAC units from buildings and portables. New equipment, structural, plumbing and electrical upgrades. Construction start June 2023 Job Walk - 10/07/22 - 10am @ EHCC Construction Trailer, main parking lot Budget $4,000,000-$5,000,000 All Contractors must comply with AB 3018 - Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements Project subject to pre-qualification, MEP subcontractors are contractors pursuant to Section 7058 of the Business and Professions Code holding an A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 license. Prequalification materials are available on the project website or by contacting Summer Lupkin or Vipin Shaji at Erickson-Hall (760) 796-7700 Pursuant to California Labor Code section 1720 et seq., it shall be mandatory upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under such contractor, to pay not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract, including holiday and overtime work as well as employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation, and similar purposes. The contractor and all subcontractors must also comply with all applicable Davis-Bacon and related acts requirements. The Project will be using from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act with funding to the District through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Fund. The contractor and all subcontractors must comply with all applicable ESSER requirements and provide any documents and information requested by the District to confirm compliance.
