Scope- The project include approximately 10,000 sq ft of new prefabricated metal building structure, 2,100 sq ft of covered canopies & 600 sq ft of Metal framed structure. The project will includes, but is not limited to, Pre-fabricated metal building, structural steel; misc metals; casework; thermal and moisture protection; doors and windows; finishes; specialties; electrical; plumbing; mechanical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; site Improvements; fencing; site utilities and fire protection systems. ALL TRADES REQUIRED NOTE- The owner-furnished PEMB system is currently being stored off site at 22004 Gilmore Ranch Road, Red Bluff Ca in the manufacturer’s original, unopened containers and packaging, with labels clearly identifying the product name and manufacturer. The PEMB system is to be relocated approximately 3.5 miles from its current location at 22004 Gilmore Ranch Road, Red Bluff Ca, to the project site as part of this contract. Wage Rates- Bids shall incorporate the prevailing hourly rate of per diem wages for this locality and project as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section(s) 1771, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813, and 1813 a copy of which may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/PWD/ and is hereby made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein.
