This is a CM Multi-Prime project. The project consists of the construction of a new two-story building functioning as a campus store, coffee shop and offices for various departments. The project also includes a new elevated pedestrian walkway connecting the new two-story building to the existing Student Center building. Includes all other related site work as further described in the contract documents ("Owner Documents"). Bidders shall review  the Owner Documents for more complete information regarding the Project and submission of bids.

Prospective bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code Section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.l(a)]. No Contractor or Subcontractor may be awarded a contract for the Project unless registered with DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.

A purchase order will be issued to the lowest responsible bidder.
