Union Engineering Company, Inc. is signatory to Carpenters, Cement Masons, Construction Laborers and Operating Engineers unions. 100% performance & payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Assistance is available upon request. Subcontractors must be registered with the DIR. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, liability, auto and worker's compentsation insurance coverage meeting the projects requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign the standard AGC subcontract agreement. Plans and Specs are available for viewing at our office located at: 1399 Arundell Avenue, Ventura, CA 93003.
