This project has elected to implement an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) under the SEWUP. See Addendum 1.
Scope Of Work-
Major components of the project scope include, but are not limited to:
The Scope of the work includes but is not limited to new Softball and Football Stadiums including demolition of the existing softball field and tennis courts, temporary gravel parking lot, fencing, and other playing field items. Construction of the new softball field includes seating for approximately 200 people, fencing, batting cages, bullpens, masonry dugouts, scoreboard, masonry press box, and a single-story masonry softball fieldhouse. The football stadium includes a new synthetic turf playing surface, scoreboard, 3 story masonry press box with elevator, seating for approximately 3,500 people, single-story masonry football storage building, and associated site work. The construction duration is 12 months with the softball stadium complete and usable by the softball team no later than December 31st, 2022. The DIR prevailing wage determination for this project is San Diego - 2021-2. Waste management reporting will be required per 017419. Cal Green submittal requirements per 013542 and as listed in individual spec sections.

Premium cost to be listed as a separate bid line item. P.H. Hagopian, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive the requirement for such bond.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Under new California Law, all Subcontractors and any Sub-Tier Contractors, must be DIR registered contractors at the time of Bid and at all times during the performance of the work. P.H. Hagopian is only soliciting sub-trade bids from those Contractors and Sub-Tier Trade contractors who are DIR registered Contractors.

P.H. Hagopian Contractor, Inc, intends to seriously negotiate with all subcontractors and requires all to execute the P.H. Hagopian Master subcontract. A copy of the master subcontract is available for review at our main office and Website.
