PROJECT DETAILS:
This project requires subcontractor pre-qualification with the Client (Novato Unified School District) on work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses. MEP bidders must be prequalified to bid on the project prior to November 9th, 2022 (5) working days prior to bids being submitted. Bidders may obtain the prequalification application from the Owner.
All bidders must be qualified to submit a Public Works bid in California by being qualified with the CA DIR.
100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Bonding and insurance assistance is available. Current CA contractor’s license and CA DIR contractor registration is required.
