We are seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for DSA Project-  Olive Elementary School Window Replacement Project, 620 Olive Ave.,  Novato, CA 94945 bidding November 15, 2022 at 2:30 PM.

This project requires first tier mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractor pre-qualification with the Client (Novato Unified School District) before November 8, 2022.  Bidders may obtain the prequalification application from the Owner.

All bidders must be qualified to submit a Public Works bid in California by being qualified with the CA DIR. Subcontractors are being solicited for all scopes of work within the project documents not limited to but generally consisting of the following trades: Minor demolition for remodeling; cutting and patching; rough carpentry; finish carpentry; sheet membrane waterproofing; blanket insulation; weather-resistive barrier and flashing; flashing and sheet metal; joint sealers; aluminum windows; glazing; gypsum board; painting; window shades and blinds.    

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Bonding and insurance assistance is available. Current CA contractor’s license and CA DIR contractor registration is required.
