We are seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for DSA Project-  Novato High School HVAC System Upgrade 625 Arthur St. Novato, CA 94947 bidding November 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM.

This project requires first tier mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractor pre-qualification with the Client (Novato Unified School District) before November 9, 2022.  Bidders may obtain the prequalification application from the Owner.

All bidders must be qualified to submit a Public Works bid in California by being qualified with the CA DIR. Subcontractors are being solicited for all scopes of work within the project documents not limited to but generally consisting of the following trades: Selective structure demolition; concrete; rough carpentry; painting; plumbing; plumbing piping and pumps; HVAC; HVAC insulation; instrumentation and control for HVAC; HVAC Air Distribution; decentralized HVAC equipment; electrical; supporting from building structure; low voltage electrical power conductors and cables; grounding and bonding for electrical systems; hanger and supports for electrical systems; conduit; boxes; identification for electrical systems; electrical acceptance testing; panelboards; wiring devices.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Bonding and insurance assistance is available. Current CA contractor’s license and CA DIR contractor registration is required.
