ERICKSON-HALL HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE LEASE-BACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE KATHY BINKS ES MODERNIZATION PROJECT. Phase 1 of work includes a new 264 SF addition to an existing undersized kindergarten area.  Total finish area to be 1,174 SF.  Scope also includes converting existing classrooms 24 and 25 into (1) 1,174 SF kindergarten K4 with (2) toilets and (1) workroom as well as (1) 512 SF RSP classroom.  Phase 2 includes construction of (2) two relocatable buildings with associated site work, new 20'x20' metal shade structure, and new play apparatus.  Trades include demolition, SWPPP, earthwork, concrete, reinforcing steel, handrails, fencing, rough carpentry, structural steel, sheetmetal, casework, drywall, plaster, insulation, DFH, flooring, paint, tile, acoustic ceiling, visual display, wall coverings, rubberized surfacing, FEC, signage, toilet accessories, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, plumbing/site utilities, asphalt, & striping
