Seeking DVBE subcontractors and materials suppliers. Project scope consists of:  Removal of (8) modular classroom buildings, (1) modular restroom building, and
concrete flatwork. Regrading of the area for new concrete paving, (2) new basketballcourts, and placement of existing container storage.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract.  All Subcontractors providing labor and materials in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) to supply an original signature on a fully executed 100% Faithful Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond.
