PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Project consists of the Modernization of Wood Frame Building C (13,606 SF), Portable Building P101 (1,333 SF), Portable Building P102 (936 SF), Portable Building P104 (865 SF), Removal of Portable Building P103 off site, New Construction of a Wood Frame Bookroom Building (662 SF), Building A New Entry Feature Additive Alternate, and Various Site Improvements and Site Utilities. District Budget for this work is $8.2 Million. The anticipated schedule is approximately 9 months (anticipated start 1-11-23). Phase 1 (All Buildings and associated Site-work except P103 and P104) must be complete by Mid July 2023. Phase 2 (P103, P104 and Jr. HS Courtyard work) will start in June 2023 and must be compete in October 2023.
