Plans: Per Caltrans guidelines, access to the project plans will be allowed only to those who have a Caltrans Bidding Connect account and who agree to the terms of their Non-Disclosure Agreement. To access the plans, you will need to create a username and password and register with your company information on the Caltrans Bidding Connect website. After doing so, please click on the project website above to download the plans. The first time you download plans from this website, you will need to agree to their Non-Disclosure Agreement.
