Projects Description: The Work of John Muir ES Roofing Project consists of the following: Replacement of existing built-up roofing with standing seam roofing at all buildings A-T (20 locations) and walkways (11 locations). The Construction Trades involved the following, and not necessarily limited to: Demolition, Rough Carpentry, Wood Deck Repairs, Roof Deck Insulation, Metal Roof Panels, Modified Built Up Asphalt Roofing, Sheetmetal Flashing & Trim, Joint Sealants, Portland Cement Plastering and Exterior Repainting, and;

The Work of Antioch MS HVAC project consists of the following: 1). Replacement of existing Chiller/Boiler with new high efficiency Chiller and rebuild two existing Air Handler units at classroom Building 100 and 2). Replacement of existing Air Handler unit at classroom Building 400.  The Construction Trades involved the following, and not necessarily limited to: Demolition, Concrete Forming, Rebar, CIP Concrete, Concrete Finishing, Sheetmetal Flashing & Trim, HVAC and Electrical.
