PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to the following:

Replacement of Cooler and Freezer Boxes at 5 sites.

Schedule: Anticipated start date for this project will be 06/01/2023 with all work completed by 07/31/2023.

Pre-bid Job Walk: Tuesday, February 07, 2023, beginning at 09:00 A.M. and starting at Joshua Cowell Elementary School – 740 Pestana Ave., Manteca, CA 95336. The second site is Sierra High School, then Brock Elliott Elementary School, George McParland Elementary School, and ending with August Knodt Elementary School. Perspective bidders should meet in front of the Administration office at each of the five sites.

Plans and Specs: Plans and specs are available at the local builders exchange or can be reviewed on our Website at www.ctbrayton.com under “Bidding”.

DIR Registration requirements for all Public Works projects (SB854). The requirement to only use registered contractors and subcontractors on public works projects applies to all projects awarded on or after April 1, 2015.

a.         All sub-tier subcontractors must be DIR registered contractors at all times during performance of the Work; and

b.         Prospective subcontractors may only solicit sub-bids from and contract with lower-tier subcontractors who are DIR registered contractors.

All work performed on this project which falls under the recognized jurisdiction of the Carpenter’s Master Agreement for Northern California shall be performed by Union Carpenters.
