is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Diegueno Middle School Phase 1 Modernization consisting of interior and exterior improvements to Buildings C, D & K. Phase 1 will begin in the Summer of 2022. Diegueno MS Project Phase 1 – Buildings C, D, K will consist of exterior and interior demolition and renovation of Buildings C, D and K, which will include interior demolition of existing systems followed by installation of new walls and upgrades to the existing glazing systems, electrical/low voltage systems, lighting, FA systems and interior finishes. Building exterior work includes, but is not limited to, repair of existing glulam beams and joists, sheet metal cap installation, and painting. Sheet Metal, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Subcontractors (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46) must prequalify for this project.
