Requirements:

• Signed Prosper Carrier Packet

• Company credentials (front and back of ID) • Cab Cards • W9, COI, Authority and a voided check

• Signed Payment Authorization

• Must possess a passion towards SAFETY as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE

• 1+ year CDL A experience*

• At least 21 years old • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents (combined) in the past three years

• No DUI/DWI/OWI, drug convictions or drug-related charges in past 10 years

• No failed DOT drug or alcohol screens
