Project Estimate: Budget $27 Million. 4. Schedule: The anticipated schedule is 1,053 Calendar Days (anticipated start 05/31/23). 5. Project Description: The Project consists of a New 2-story Classroom Building, modernization of the existing Building 200, demolition of existing modular classrooms, Site Improvements including demolition, new pavement, turf field, play structures, play surfacing, landscape and utilities. NON-MANDATORY JOB WALK (strongly recommended): Thursday, March 2, 2023, 1:00 PM at America’s Finest Charter Elementary School west entrance, (driveway adjacent to 4403 F Street, San Diego, CA 92102). Parking is available at the Wat Lao Buddaharam Temple 726th 44th Street. No entry to the site will be available at the main school entrance (730 45th street). Attendees will be required to sign in at the site walk. The meeting will begin with a general project overview, followed by a walk of the school site. Tardiness may prevent entry to the site after 1:15 PM. FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STUDENTS, BIDDERS MUST ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING: • Photographs: when taking pictures of the site, please make sure students are not in the frame. • Restrooms: please use a “staff only” restroom – student restrooms are not open to adults. • Conduct: when walking through the campus, stay together as a group and keep your voices down.
