Any Bid listing MEP Sub-Contractors holding A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46 licenses, must be prequalified by the owner & submitted no later than February 13, 2023 and are placed on the Owner's List of Prequalified MEP Subcontractors on March 17, 2023 (Add.#4) 5. The District requires bidders to utilize only one Bid Preference provision for twenty-five (25%) for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and three percent (3%) Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE) , and shall become LAUSD Certified prior to award as set forth in the Bid Document Section 00 73 39. 6. PROJECT DETAILS:
1. Wages rate for this project shall be in accordance with Section 1720 et seq., the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California, the Prevailing rates of wages of holiday and over time work in the locality in which the work is to be performed. 2. During the work the Department of Industrial Relations shall monitor & enforced compliance with prevailing wage rate requirements and obligations. 3. No Sub-Contractor will be awarded a Contract for Public Works, unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) of the State of California, pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. 4. Community Benefit Agreement (CBA) , the agreement between the District and Building trades /signatory Unions is required on this project. 5. The District adopt a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) participation goal of the Bid proposal. 6. The District is committed to a sustainable design as defined by the US Green Building Council's as LEED Gold Certification. 7.
