Psomas requests qualifications from qualified MBE/WBE interested in providing right of way and easement acquisition, environmental, sewer design support, construction management and inspection, public outreach, or financial/grant support services for the Town of Paradise on the pre-construction and construction phases of the Paradise Sewer Project with the Progressive Design Build delivery. The anticipated timeline for the services will be from the award in May 2023 through the anticipated first year of operations, which is expected to be through 2028. The Scope of Services, as provided in the RFQ, may be provided upon request. Upon request, Psomas will provide information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, equipment, and/or insurance. This RFQ shall not obligate Psomas to contract with, or reimburse costs to respond hereto.
