• By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents including addenda and that from their own investigation they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the intended work.
• Pricing is to be provided as per plans, specifications and addenda. No substitutions unless approved in advance.
• Bids may not be modified or withdrawn by bidder after receipt.
• Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per calendar day
