(AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER) NOTICE INVITING BIDS: Ventura Water CMAR MBR/UV Upgrade Project LOCATION OF WORK: 1400 Angler Court, Ventura, CA 93001 SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of the construction of new membrane bioreactor (MBR) and ultraviolet (UV) light disinfection processes at the City of Ventura’s operating wastewater treatment facility at 1400 Angler Court. The existing aeration tanks, secondary clarifiers and gas chlorine disinfection systems will be replaced with MBR/UV treatment facilities including fine screens, aeration tanks, blowers, RAS/WAS pump stations, MBR and UV systems, clean-in-place systems, pumps, process piping, chemical systems. Demolition, dewatering and shoring are also likely to be required. Filanc is accepting quotes and expressions of interest for the following scopes: SWPPP, Survey, Aggregates, Demolition, Dewatering, Shoring, Precast Manholes, Paving, Curbs & Gutter, Fence, Rebar, Masonry, Metals, Roofing, Doors, Glazing, Coatings, Signage, Process Equipment, Overhead Crane, Pipe, Valves, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Instrumentation. The project is currently in preconstruction and subcontractor scopes are not yet defined. Following selection, the CMAR will perform additional good faith efforts prior to development of the project guaranteed maximum price cost proposal.
