This is a Prevailing Wage Project with Certified Payroll Reporting and Skilled and Trained Workforce Requirements.
Scope of work to include full campus modernization to existing buildings to be performed in Phases on Occupied Campus. Project consists of approx 9 buildings for a total of 40,550sf to be modernized.
Scope is to demo existing interior finishes inclusive of selective demo on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Low Voltage systems.
