Caltrans District 8 is requesting qualifications from firms to provide technical services required for On-Call Environmental Biological Services within Riverside and San Bernardino counties, on an on-call basis to support the Caltrans in the development and construction of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities (RFQ 08A3623).  The work shall be performed throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in California. The specific services being sought include: Botany, Restoration Ecology, Terrestrial Biology, Aquatic Biology, Wetlands and Mitigation Planning, Regulatory Permitting, GIS/CADD services, long-term environmental mitigation monitoring prior to, during, and after construction of projects and other applicable regulations in providing support in obtaining environmentally related permits, licenses, agreements, and certifications from various Federal, State, or Local Resource Agencies or entities.  ECORP Consulting, Inc. is seeking Caltrans CUCP certified DBE firms. Must have a California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) number.
