PROJECT DETAILS:

We are preparing a bid as a general contractor on the above-mentioned project and are seeking qualified subcontractors and/or suppliers. We are requesting bids for the following trades including but not limited to: Demolition, Concrete, Steel, Electrical, Landscape and Irrigation, Building Supply, Equipment Rental. You can be assured that we will evaluate your bid and conduct ourselves in good faith with you on this job. THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT. Use of apprentices required per Labor Code Section 1777.5. If you are interested in bidding, the plans and specifications pertaining to your appropriate section of work can be viewed at or obtained from our office in Downey, CA. or via email by contacting Danielle Bogdanovich at danielle@nrdevelop.com.  NR Development, Inc. is prepared to operate in good faith with any qualified subcontractor, supplier, or laborer wishing to participate, and will aid in obtaining bonds, insurance, lines of credit, and financing if applicable.  If any subcontract is over $25,000.00, performance and payment bonds will be required. NR Development, Inc. will only pay the actual bond premium up to 1.5% of the contract price for any subcontractor. Subcontractor will be required to enter into a subcontract agreement for this project. A Waiver of Subrogation will be required on all jobs. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
