"The Project is generally described as: Construction of new maker space and media center building. The work includes, but not limited to: the relocation of an existing portable and installation of this portable at another site, demolition, HAZMAT abatement, site work, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & low voltage installations and ADA compliance related works.
