for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) RFQ #AE107133 West Santa Ana Branch (WSAB) Transit Corridor Program Management Support Services (PMSS).

This solicitation is in response to LACMTA's DBE requirements and Psomas will extend opportunities to DBEs and conduct itself in good faith with DBE firms seeking subcontract opportunities for this contract.  Scopes of work, as provided in the RFQ, bid/proposal plans, specifications and other documents may be provided upon request.

This RFQ shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
