Description:   The Project consists of the following: Increment 2: New classroom / library building and associated site and facility improvements.  Construction of a 16,500 SF one story, wood framed classroom/library building (Unit E), interior remodel of previously occupied 1,500 SF one story, wood framed library to a new main office (Unit B), and a 1,200 SF metal pedestrian walkway.  Full electrical, low voltage and fire alarm systems to be included as part of the construction.  Completion of staff/visitor parking lot (18 stalls), student drop-off lane, and misc. site improvements.  Construction of canopy structure between Unit A and Unit E.  Demolition of 6 classroom buildings.
