The new sewer line will include open cut and also jack and bore placement under South Encinal Canyon Road. PROJECT DETAILS:
Filanc intends to seriously negotiate with qualified CBE’s (M/W/D/DVBE/LGBTQQ) for project participation, and will assist with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, bonding, credit lines, and insurance if needed.
