Psomas requests qualifications from DBE firms interested in providing qualified personnel in the following disciplines and respective NAICS codes:

• Right of Way Services (541330)

for the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) RFP #23-1002971, Project Management/Construction Management (PCM) Consultant for Mt. Vernon Viaduct.  The project is located in San Bernardino, California.

This solicitation is in response to SBCTA’s DBE requirements and Psomas will extend opportunities to DBEs and conduct itself in good faith with DBE firms seeking subcontract opportunities for this contract.  Scopes of work, as provided in the RFP, bid/proposal plans, specifications and other documents may be provided upon request.  The DBE goal for this contract is 20%.

Interested parties must respond by July 24, 2023.  Proposals are due to SBCTA on July 25, 2023.  Upon request, Psomas will assist in providing information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, equipment, and/or insurance. This RFP shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
