SCOPE: This project includes the enhancement of the Lemon Ave Parking lot, as shown on the plans, in the City of La Mesa. Improvements include replacing pavement markings, replacing the garbage and recycle enclosure, placing and installing new light poles, Installing Silva cells, installing a Bike Parking & Repair station, and planting additional trees.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
